1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

All users are required to register a valid account to access the full mega99 service. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. Required information includes your full name (as shown on your identification document), an active Malaysia mobile number and a strong password.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, mega99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a photo of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all methods except USDT.

9Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your mega99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be fulfilled, and any eligible fund balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Mega99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
